By creating an account, browsing listings, posting listings, saving listings, or using messaging on RVGenius, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
RVGenius is an online marketplace platform for RV listings and buyer/seller communication. We are not a broker, dealer, lender, insurer, escrow service, or payment processor, and we are not a party to transactions between users.
You must provide accurate account and listing information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for your listing content, photos, and communications. Do not upload or post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise harmful content.
By posting listing photos or profile images, you confirm you have rights to that content and grant RVGenius a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the platform.
Listing information, profile display information, and listing/media URLs may be visible to other users. Use care when sharing contact details or sensitive information.
Messaging is provided to facilitate buyer/seller communication. Conversation removal from your inbox is a per-user inbox action and does not guarantee permanent deletion for all participants.
RVGenius may suspend or remove content or accounts for policy violations, security issues, abuse, or legal compliance needs.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVGenius disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information RVGenius processes, why we process it, and what choices you have.
Information we process can include: account data (email, account ID, authentication/session data), profile data (name, phone, avatar), listing data (vehicle details, photos, contact details, location fields), messaging content, saved listings, and technical/service logs needed to operate the platform.
We use this information to provide core features (authentication, listings, favorites, messaging), improve reliability and security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
If you use social sign-in, authentication is processed through the provider you choose (for example, Google) via Supabase authentication integrations.
We use Supabase infrastructure for database, authentication, storage, and real-time messaging delivery. We may share data with service providers only as needed to run the platform.
Listing photos and profile images are stored in publicly accessible storage URLs so they can be displayed across the marketplace. Avoid uploading content you do not want publicly accessible.
We do not currently provide built-in payment processing in the app. If users transact off-platform, they do so at their own discretion and risk.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and database security policies. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. For privacy requests, contact us through the support channel made available on the site.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and posting the revised policy here.
